Welcome to level 2019 friends! New year, new adventure. Good luck and have fun! 🌟
I need to stop stressing out about not accomplishing enough while I’m still young. 😅 Life is long, and there’s not need to rush it all now.
I think the key to long term happiness is actually to acknowledge something is upsetting you, something has hurt you or made you angry. But after acknowledging it, you need to make the conscious decision to let it go. Breathe, give yourself 10 minutes to think about how to deal with the situation, then forget about it. Why waste your energy? Why waste an otherwise good day on one annoyance? I feel like nothing is ever as bad as it initially seems. You need to move past that initial negativity and find a way to be happy again. Find a friend who never fails to make you laugh, focus on the good shit and keep living your best life x

2019 the year of no fear. Ok a little bit of fear, but only enough to make you realise what you want and to do those things anyway, regardless of what’s holding you back. Tell them how you feel, good or bad, be honest. Finally try that boxing class or have another go at something you once failed at before. The time is right now. Think of one thing you want right now and make it happen. This year is about making the unthinkable happen.
I hope 2019 brings you new friends, opportunities, and the feeling that you finally made it to where you want to be.
